IHG Hotels & Resorts seeks a Sales Executive to drive Groups, MICE and Meetings & Events across our Perth portfolio. You will convert prospective business and manage relationships with key clients, aligning with the hotel’s sales strategy and annual budget targets.

You’ll need a proven sales track record, strong stakeholder communication, and familiarity with hotel sales systems. The role offers a frontline opportunity in a premium, city-centre property within IHG's global brand family.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales results and ability to convert prospects.
• Experience in Groups, MICE, Meetings & Events is advantageous.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Convert and manage key corporate clients across Groups, MICE and Events segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to meet sales targets.
• Negotiate rates and terms to support the hotel’s sales strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on client expectations and events.
