The Star Grand is seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager to lead a dedicated team and elevate guest experiences at The Star Grand Sydney. You will oversee nightly operations, ensure seamless service, and role-model luxury hospitality standards.

Reporting to Front Office Manager, this role offers full-time and maternity leave contracts, with opportunities to shape a premium guest journey in one of Sydney's iconic properties.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to outstanding service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Knowledge of Opera property management system.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure highest standards of guest service at check-in and during stay.
• Distribute guest comment cards to relevant departments and respond when required.
• Assist with people planning including recruitment, rostering, training and development.
