Myer in Melbourne City is seeking a passionate L'Oréal Luxe Fragrance Counter Manager to lead a high-performing fragrance counter. This permanent part-time role (36 hours per week) focuses on delivering exceptional service, driving sales, and coordinating daily counter operations with a luxury brand image.

You will coach a team, build client relationships, and collaborate on in-store events and activations, while ensuring stock availability for launches and core products.

Qualifications

• Experience leading fragrance or cosmetic counters.
• Strong customer service and upselling skills.
• Ability to manage rosters and stock.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the counter team to achieve sales, service, and productivity targets.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences through tailored fragrance consultations.

• Coach, develop and motivate team members through regular feedback.
• Manage daily counter operations including rosters, reporting, and inventory.
