CHANEL is recruiting an experienced Assistant Business Manager to join our Fragrance and Beauty Counter in MYER Melbourne. In this role you will supervise the team, drive exceptional client experiences, and support sales through coaching and strong product knowledge.

You will partner with the Learning team to mentor Beauty Advisors, uphold CRM practices, and ensure data integrity while scheduling staff to deliver outstanding service on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Strong retail operational skills with at least two years’ experience in a management role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the performance of the team and guide towards achieving results and developing individual talents.
• Empower the team, give support and provide constant feedback on individual Beauty Advisors.
• Partner with Learning to coach in client experience, sales techniques, service flows, product knowledge.
