Cosmax Prestige Brands is seeking passionate Fragrance Consultants across Highpoint, Chadstone and Melbourne CBD. In this casual, up-to-38-hours-per-week role, you will deliver personalised fragrance consultations, make confident product recommendations and drive sales for luxury brands.

You will represent prestige fragrance houses, build lasting customer relationships and participate in ongoing brand training and incentive programs. Experience in luxury retail is preferred.

Qualificações

• Experience in department store retail or luxury fragrance preferred.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and convert interactions to sales.
• Deep product knowledge of fragrance and luxury brands.
• Proactive client development and brand loyalty building.
• Excellent communication and grooming standards.
• Flexible to work weekends and rotating rosters.

The role of a Fragrance Consultant:

Working alongside the Counter Manager you will champion exceptional customer experience through personalised fragrance consultations, confident product recommendations and proactive customer engagement to build brand loyalty and achieve sales results for the counter.

You will be responsible for bringing our brands to life, creating meaningful customer connections and identifying opportunities to drive sales.

These positions are available on a casual rostered basis, with opportunities to work up to 38 hours per week across all department store trading hours.

• Previous experience within a department store environment or similar and ideally with experience in luxury fragrance, beauty or luxury retail.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and confidently convert customer interactions into sales.
• Strong product knowledge, with a genuine passion for fragrance and luxury brands.
• A proactive approach to customer engagement, client development and building brand loyalty.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Impeccable personal presentation and grooming.

• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and peak trading periods.
