Qualifications

• Experience in luxury design or high-end products preferred.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Background in furniture/building materials/interior design is valued.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers, driving repeat purchases.
• Liaise with procurement, finance and warehouse to ensure seamless client experience and sales process.
• Work towards personal and team sales targets and goals.
• Conduct client outreach through appointment setting to maximize reach and impact.
• Showcase deep understanding of manufacturing processes to provide product knowledge.
• Absorb diverse range of products and expand expertise.
• Demonstrate proven sales and customer service background delivering exceptional experiences.
