Accor’s Hotel Chadstone Melbourne MGallery is hiring a Porter / Concierge to welcome guests, assist with luggage, and handle valet parking. You’ll be the first friendly face and part of a luxury team delivering memorable experiences in Melbourne’s south-east.

Key duties include greeting guests, responding to requests with warmth and efficiency, sharing insider tips about Melbourne, and performing general porter tasks with care. A Victorian driver's license and flexible 7-day roster are essential.

Qualificações

• Victorian full driver's license is essential.
• Energetic, team-focused and can-do attitude.
• Enthusiasm to connect with guests and to hear their story.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to work across a 7 day roster – evenings, mornings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact and greet guests with a warm welcome every time.
• Provide exceptional service to our guests by anticipating needs and responding promptly.
• Share knowledge and passion for Melbourne with visitors.
• Be the 'face' of our hotel and welcome guests to make them feel special.
• Assist guests with luggage requests and general enquiries.
• Valet parking of cars and general Porter duties as required.
