Ideal candidates have hotel guest service experience, a valid driver's licence (valet experience a plus), and a passion for making every stay memorable. Shift patterns include nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel experience in a similar guest-facing role.
• A valid Driver's Licence and the confidence to safely operate guest vehicles; prior valet parking experience is a big plus.
• Instinct for anticipating guest needs and prompt service delivery.
• Natural interpersonal warmth with professional greetings and farewells.
• Great local knowledge of Melbourne attractions and dining.
• Confidence handling guest luggage transfers and maintaining a polished hotel entrance.
• Collaborative approach coordinating guest requests across departments.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional first impressions as a key contact for guests, delivering warm, knowledgeable service and personalised local recommendations.
• Take ownership of concierge and porter duties, including luggage handling and front‑of‑house support.
• Capture requests, resolve issues on the spot, and ensure service feels effortless.
• Manage reservations, update guest information, and process transactions using hotel systems.
• Cover varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment.
