Pullman & Mercure Melbourne Albert Park, part of the Accor group, is seeking an energetic Porter to join our Concierge Team. Based opposite Albert Park Lake, this role involves greeting guests, assisting with luggage, parking and retrieving cars, and guiding guests to rooms.

You will explain hotel facilities, provide tourism information and dining or entertainment recommendations, drawing on local area knowledge.

Qualifications

• Hotel or serviced apartment experience preferred.
• Good levels of written and spoken English.
• Sound knowledge of the local area.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with luggage.
• Park and retrieve guest cars and escort to rooms.
• Explain hotel facilities and provide local dining/entertainment tips.
