Job summary

TSHR in Sydney is seeking an experienced Client Advisor for a premium luxury fashion boutique. You will build and nurture a loyal client base, provide personalised styling, and create an elevated experience that encourages repeat visits.

You will join either the Sydney CBD boutique or the Chatswood location, offering a sophisticated product range across womenswear and menswear with a focus on high-value clientele and premium service.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury fashion retail is essential.
• Strong client relationships and ability to build VIP books.
• Excellent English communication and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, including high-value and VIP customers.
• Deliver personalised styling and product recommendations.
• Develop your own client book and generate repeat business.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets and contribute to commercial goals.
• Demonstrate knowledge of collections, products and the luxury market.
• Provide a polished, high-touch customer experience from engagement to after-sales.
