• Willingness to build a career in luxury retail.
• Mandarin-speaking is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional luxury client experience from greeting through to after-sales service.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through personalised service.
• Provide personalised styling advice and expert product knowledge.
• Achieve individual sales targets and boutique KPIs.
• Support a diverse client base and maintain boutique standards.
• Assist with stock management and day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate within a high-performing luxury retail team.
