Job summary

Burberry in Sydney is seeking a Senior Client Advisor to deliver a personalised, luxury shopping experience while driving commercial performance. You will build meaningful client relationships and demonstrate expert product knowledge to inspire repeat visits and incremental purchases.

You will also contribute to store operations, inventory management, and clienteling programs to grow loyalty and elevate the Burberry client journey across the business.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in delivering sales and exceeding targets.
• Experience in Clientelling.
• Strong interest in fashion, art and culture.
• Strong product knowledge and understanding of store operations.
• Team player with collaborative spirit.
• Fluent in local language; English proficiency desirable.
• Other language knowledge is desirable.
• Confident, curious, and care.
• Energetic, proactive and self-motivated.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for selling.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual store sales and KPIs.
• Inspire clients through storytelling and brand passion.
• Provide luxury service with deep product knowledge.
• Follow client journey from initial impression to close.
• Handle after-sales follow-up and service.
• Maintain luxury standards in store front and back of house.
• Support inventory, replenishment, markdowns, stockroom maintenance.
• Foster teamwork and a positive climate.
