Job summary

TSHR in Sydney is seeking an experienced Client Advisor for a premium luxury fashion boutique. You will build and nurture a loyal client base, provide personalised styling, and create an elevated experience that encourages repeat visits.

You will join either the Sydney CBD boutique or the Chatswood location, offering a sophisticated product range across womenswear and menswear with a focus on high-value clientele and premium service.

THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Client Advisor to join a premium luxury fashion boutique in Sydney.

This is a highly client-focused position for someone who understands that luxury retail is about more than completing a transaction. You will build and nurture a loyal client base, provide personalised styling advice and create an elevated experience that encourages clients to return.

You will be joining either the Sydney CBD boutique or the Chatswood location, with the opportunity to work across a sophisticated product offering spanning both womenswear and menswear.

Day-to-Day

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, including high-value and VIP customers
• Deliver personalised styling and product recommendations based on individual client needs
• Proactively develop your own client book and identify opportunities to generate repeat business
• Achieve individual and store sales targets and contribute to wider commercial goals
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of collections, products and the wider luxury market
• Deliver a consistently polished, high-touch customer experience from initial engagement through to after-sales service
• Follow up client enquiries and product requests to maximise sales opportunities
• Support the wider boutique team with stock management, replenishment and store presentation
• Assist with visual merchandising and maintain exceptionally high boutique standards
• Work collaboratively with management and colleagues while taking initiative and ownership of your responsibilities
• Handle client information and transactions with discretion and professionalism

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Previous experience in luxury, premium or high-end fashion retail
• Strong track record in sales and relationship-based clienteling
• Confident styling ability and a strong understanding of fashion and product
• Experience working with VIP or high-value clients is highly regarded
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to confidently convert opportunities into sales
• Polished, professional and fashion-forward personal presentation
• Proactive approach with the ability to identify what needs to be done without waiting to be directed
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced boutique environment
• Excellent English communication skills
• Mandarin or Cantonese language skills are highly regarded
• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
• A genuine interest in building a long‑term career within luxury retail

SALARY

$60,000-$65,000 base salary + Super + Commission
