CELINE in Chatswood Chase is seeking a Senior Client Advisor to deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience. You will build strong client relationships, meet sales targets, and uphold CELINE's selling ceremony while representing the brand with elegance.

This full-time role requires at least 2 years in retail or hospitality, preferably in luxury fashion. Fluency in English is essential, and the position offers opportunities to grow within a premier Maison.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in retail, sales or hospitality.
• Luxury/fashion experience is a plus, especially clienteling.
• Empathy and strong customer service focus.
• Exemplary advisory abilities and CRM skills.
• Knowledge of products and craftsmanship is beneficial.
• Proactive, positive team player and role model of CELINE values.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service according to CELINE’s selling ceremony.
• Drive local client network growth and recruit/convert prospects.
• Build lasting client relationships and follow up to grow loyalty.
• Maintain client books and update information in company tools.
• Meet or exceed store sales targets and CRM requirements.
• Assist in inventory, stock replenishment and visual standards.
