Job summary

CELINE Australia is seeking Client Advisors for casual, permanent part-time, and full-time roles across Sydney locations (Bondi, Westfield Sydney, Chatswood, and the Airport). You will drive sales, engage clients, and maintain stock while upholding the Maison's refined image.

The role emphasizes clienteling, product knowledge, and achieving KPIs, with benefits including staff discounts and incentive programs. Training and progression opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of retail sales experience (luxury retail or ready-to-wear preferred).
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding commercial sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong clienteling skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
• Advanced product knowledge with a focus on cross-selling and upselling across categories.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales targets and KPIs through a strong commercial mindset and product expertise.
• Proactively engage clients, execute outreach, and leverage cross-selling to build long-term loyalty.
• Manage stock control, back-of-house operations, and product replenishment.
• Uphold visual merchandising standards and operational guidelines to protect the Maison's image.
