Job summary

CELINE Melbourne is seeking a Senior Client Advisor to act as brand ambassador, deliver exceptional clienteling, and lead by example in a busy luxury retail environment. The role covers sales performance, product knowledge, and teamwork across the Chadstone store.

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years in luxury retail, a proven sales record, and strong client relationships, with availability for a Sunday-Thursday roster.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of luxury retail or premium fashion sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong clienteling skills with ability to build long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Performance: drive store success by achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Clienteling & Sales: engage clients, structured outreach, cross-selling.
• Team Development: train and support fellow Client Advisors on policies and procedures.
• Operations & Inventory: assist with stock control and back-of-house coordination.
• Visual Merchandising & Compliance: uphold brand visuals and store standards.
