CELINE Melbourne Chadstone is seeking a Senior Client Advisor to be the brand ambassador, lead clienteling, and drive sales in a luxury retail environment. You will engage clients, deliver personalized service, and uphold Maison standards in a full-time role at Chadstone.

You will mentor teammates, manage back-of-house operations, ensure visual standards, and uphold brand guidelines while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience in luxury or premium fashion.
• Proven clienteling skills and ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Strong product knowledge with a focus on cross-selling and upselling.
• Experience supporting inventory, back‑of‑house operations and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Performance: drive store success by achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Clienteling & Sales: engage clients, execute outreach, and maximize sales.
• Team Development: train and support colleagues on policies and standards.
• Operations & Inventory: manage stock, back‑of‑house tasks, replenishment.
