Audemars Piguet is seeking a dedicated luxury retail professional for our Sydney boutique to deliver an exceptional client experience and drive business growth. You will manage a high-potential client portfolio, nurture relationships, and contribute to brand development within Australia.

As part of the team, you will apply expert product knowledge, engage clients with personalized service, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless journey from sales to after-sales care.

Qualificações

• Experience in luxury retail or high-end clienteling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets.
• Strong product knowledge of watches and services.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the client journey, from sales to after-sales services.
• Manage and develop a portfolio of high-potential clients and identify new opportunities.
• Build long-term client relationships through clienteling and personalized engagement.
• Contribute to client acquisition and boutique client base growth.
• Apply advanced selling techniques and provide expert guidance across complex product situations.
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge and communicate accurately about products and services.
• Monitor CRM data quality and client database activity.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for a seamless client experience.
• Support boutique performance by aiming for individual sales targets.
• Participate in boutique events and client activations to strengthen brand presence.
• Contribute to stock management, merchandising standards and operational excellence.
• Provide coaching to Client Consultants on selling techniques and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate best practices on the sales floor in client engagement and brand representation.
• Maintain a professional image and uphold presentation and compliance standards.
