Audemars Piguet Australia is seeking a seasoned luxury retail leader to oversee its first Australian boutique, driving performance, delivering exceptional client experiences, and leading a high-performing team in line with brand standards. You will develop a strong client base and establish the brand in a dynamic market.

The role requires extensive sales leadership, CRM proficiency, and a robust network in the Australian luxury ecosystem, with travel as needed to build long-term brand presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in luxury retail or hospitality with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven leadership in boutique/flagship environments with strong commercial accountability.
• Strong client-centric mindset with experience engaging HNW/VIC clientele.
• Established network within Australian luxury ecosystem.
• Proven ability to drive sales, KPIs and business results.
• Experience in events and client relationship management in luxury settings.

Responsibilities

• Drive boutique performance, increasing traffic, market share and profitability.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience across the client journey.
• Act as brand ambassador and establish Audemars Piguet as a reference for top-tier clients in Australia.
• Lead coaching and developing a high-performing team to achieve objectives.
• Build and develop a high-value client base, focusing on acquisition and long-term engagement.
• Manage CRM data, client development and engagement, monitor KPIs and pipeline.
