You will manage client inquiries, appointments, CRM data and visitor flow, coordinate the boutique calendar, and assist with events and peak periods to ensure a seamless client journey.

• Minimum of 3 years in hospitality, luxury retail, or customer service roles.
• Strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

• Experience coordinating appointments and front-of-house activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and admin tools.
• Experience with procurement or invoice management is a plus.
• Ability to work across multiple functions and support front- and back-office activities.
