• 7+ years in luxury retail or hospitality, with supervisory experience.
• Senior client-facing experience in luxury environments.
• Strong client-centric mindset targeting HNW clientele.
• Ability to coach and develop team performance.
• Strong sales, business acumen and meeting targets.
• Experience in client development, clienteling and relationship mgmt.
• Leadership to motivate and support high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer experience across the full client journey from sales to after-sales.
• Manage and develop a portfolio of high-potential clients and identify new business.
• Build long-term client relationships through clienteling and personalized engagement.
• Contribute to client acquisition and boutique client base growth.
• Apply advanced selling techniques and guide on complex product situations.
• Maintain deep product knowledge and accurate communication on services.
• Monitor CRM data quality and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Support boutique performance by achieving individual sales targets.
• Participate in boutique events, activations, and brand networking.
• Contribute to stock management and merchandising standards.
• Provide coaching and knowledge sharing to Client Consultants.
• Model best practices on sales floor and CRM discipline.
• Maintain professional image and presentation standards.
