Job summary

Omega seeks a Boutique Manager in Willoughby, NSW to drive seamless boutique operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional client service. You will manage staffing, inventory, and training, while upholding the brand’s standards of luxury, presentation, and sales excellence.

The role requires strong leadership, a focus on local client relationships, and the ability to open/close the boutique with accountability for results and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years retail experience in the luxury sector preferred.
• Proven staff management experience desirable.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business administration an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Boutique Operations Management: roster planning, ensure policies, smooth set up and daily balance reports.
• Sales & Service Management: achieve targets, uphold service standards, build client database, manage VIP relationships.
• Leadership & People Management: motivate staff, review performance, set objectives, provide feedback.
