Job summary

Miller Leith in NSW is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead luxury jewellery boutiques across Chatswood and Macquarie Centre. You will drive sales momentum, uphold impeccable service standards, and coach a high-performing team.

You will develop a strong clienteling culture, nurture VIP relationships, and ensure every guest experiences the brand's premium offering. This role offers a competitive salary with commission and bonus potential, ongoing training, and clear career progression

Qualifications

The Role

We are currently seeking experienced Store Managers to lead luxury jewellery boutiques across Chatswood Chase and Macquarie Centre. Reporting to senior retail leadership, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, elevating the client experience, and leading a passionate team to achieve exceptional results. You will play a key role in developing a strong clienteling culture, nurturing VIP relationships, and ensuring the boutique consistently delivers the highest standards of luxury retail.

Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will have proven leadership experience within luxury retail, premium retail, jewellery, watches, fashion, beauty, or other customer-focused retail environments. You will be a strong people leader with a track record of developing successful teams, achieving sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Mandarin and/or Cantonese language skills are highly preferred, given the boutique's diverse customer base.
