Job summary

RÈLIER GROUP is seeking a Boutique Manager or Assistant Boutique Manager to lead the boutique experience from the front and drive sales in premium Australian fashion; locations include Castle Hill, Bondi, Manly and George Street.

You will inspire a high-performing team, deliver personal service that turns first-time customers into lifelong clients, and own boutique performance while contributing to visual standards and product insights.

Qualifications

Experience in managing or leading a boutique in fashion.
Proven track record of hitting targets and building a loyal client base.
Confident, inspiring leader who develops people and builds strong teams.

Responsibilities

Drive boutique sales and KPIs through strong trading rhythm, clienteling and a commercial mindset.
Lead, coach and develop a team that delivers a high-quality, brand-led customer experience.
Build and nurture a loyal client base through personalised service, follow-up and events.
Uphold premium visual merchandising and boutique presentation standards every day.
Manage rostering, stock, operations and loss prevention with precision.
Share customer and product feedback with Head Office to inform buying and design.
Recruit, onboard and retain top talent, and champion a positive team culture.
Step in as the face of the brand, representing its values in every interaction.
