As a luxury retail professional, you will cultivate client relationships, utilise CRMs, and work collaboratively with the team to maintain an inviting store environment and achieve boutique goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage client appointments and follow up on inquiries for exceptional satisfaction.
• Serve as a brand ambassador with expert knowledge across channels.
• Support store operations, inventory management and loss prevention per Richemont policies.
