Vacheron Constantin, a member of the Richemont group, seeks a passionate luxury boutique sales professional in Sydney. You will deliver exceptional customer service, engage with clientele, and drive sales while upholding the Maison's heritage and standards.

You will manage client relationships, support stock and merchandising, and participate in boutique meetings and training to continually elevate brand experience.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2–3 years in Retail Sales, preferably luxury environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.

Aufgaben

• Develops strong sales turnover for the boutique in line with store strategy.
• Meet turnover targets and KPIs set by Boutique Manager.
• Welcome and assist clients in-person, on the phone, or by email; adapt to client needs and offer appropriate service.
• Advise, persuade and ensure each sale is completed successfully.
• Prospect and follow up with new clients locally and internationally; enrich client database.
• Handle SAV matters following Maison standards and escalate issues to Boutique Manager.
• Assist in stock management, reception/transfer, and inventory checks.
• Ensure correct pricing and merchandised presentation; monitor accessory stock and displays.
