Job summary

Crown Sydney’s luxury hotel team is seeking a Bell Services Attendant to assist with valet, porter duties and luggage handling. You will welcome guests, escort to rooms and provide guidance on room features, in a fast-paced, guest-facing setting.

We offer full-time and part-time roles, a uniform, staff meals and discounts across Crown properties. 14-day shift rosters and ongoing coaching support will help you grow within our luxury hospitality group.

Qualifications

• A valid NSW driver’s licence (minimum Green Ps / P2).
• Ability to drive and park a range of vehicles (auto/manual).
• Availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster.
• Student Visa and Working Holiday Visa holders are encouraged to apply; overseas licences may require NSW conversion.

Responsibilities

• Support seamless guest arrivals and departures with professionalism, care and attention to detail.
• Handle, transport and securely store guest luggage.
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide guidance on room features and in-room technology.
• Drive, park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and professionally.
