Job summary

Crown Sydney’s luxury hotel team is seeking a Bell Services Attendant to assist with valet, porter duties and luggage handling. You will welcome guests, escort to rooms and provide guidance on room features, in a fast-paced, guest-facing setting.

We offer full-time and part-time roles, a uniform, staff meals and discounts across Crown properties. 14-day shift rosters and ongoing coaching support will help you grow within our luxury hospitality group.

Qualifications

• A valid NSW driver’s licence (minimum Green Ps / P2).
• Ability to drive and park a range of vehicles (auto/manual).
• Availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster.
• Student Visa and Working Holiday Visa holders are encouraged to apply; overseas licences may require NSW conversion.

• Handle, transport and securely store guest luggage.
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide guidance on room features and in-room technology.

The Role

Join Crown Sydney’s luxury hotel team as a Bell Services Attendant, assisting with Valet and Porter duties, where you'll help create seamless and memorable arrival and departure experiences for guests from around the world. This is an opportunity in one of Sydney’s most prestigious hotel environments, combining guest assistance, valet parking, room escort, and luggage support. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, guest-facing role and take pride in delivering polished service, we'd love to hear from you. We have both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available.

What you’ll do:

• Support seamless guest arrivals and departures with professionalism, care and attention to detail
• Handle, transport and securely store guest luggage
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide helpful guidance on room features and in-room technology
• Drive, park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and professionally
• Deliver warm, efficient service that helps create a smooth and memorable guest experience

What you’ll need:

• A valid NSW driver’s licence (minimum Green Ps / P2)
• Confidence driving and parking a range of vehicles (automatic and/or manual)
• Availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster
• Student Visa and Working Holiday Visa holders are encouraged to apply. Candidates who hold an overseas/international licence must be willing to obtain an NSW driver licence.

• Experience in a hotel, valet, porter or other fast-paced guest-facing environment
• Confidence working in an active, on-your-feet role that involves both guest interaction and physical tasks
• Strong attention to detail when handling guest belongings, hotel room detail and vehicle movements
• A polished and professional approach, with the ability to anticipate guest needs and create a smooth arrival experience
