The role

We are currently seeking a Bell Services Captain at Crown Sydney. This fast-paced, guest-focused leadership role involves supporting a team of Bell Attendants and Doorpersons in the busy hotel driveway.

The Bell Services Captain acts as the main link between the team and guests, ensuring smooth vehicle flow and efficient luggage handling. You will work closely with the hotel team to deliver personalized, elevated guest experiences.

Requirements

• Unrestricted NSW driver’s license with a clean record
• Full availability for a 24/7 rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to drive various vehicles, including manual and automatic
• Leadership, coaching, and training skills
• Excellent guest service and communication skills
• Ability to learn parking systems quickly
• Strong stakeholder relationship skills
