Job summary

Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour is seeking a Bell Desk Supervisor to ensure seamless arrivals and departures, creating welcoming and memorable guest experiences. You will lead the Porter and Valet teams, coordinating daily activities, VIP arrivals and events to maintain smooth operations.

With care and precision, you will manage luggage, valet services and property movements while fostering strong relationships with guests and external partners to elevate every stay.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality or high-end customer service.
• Leadership skills to guide Porters and Valets.
• Strong communication and guest interaction abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Bell Desk operations and guest arrivals/departures.
• Lead Porter and Valet teams; coordinate daily activities and VIP arrivals.
• Manage luggage, valet services and storeroom with attention to detail.
• Engage with guests to recommend experiences and local attractions.
