The position emphasizes nighttime service, staying informed on hotel events, and maintaining a polished front entrance. Prior luxury-hotel experience is preferred and candidates must have the legal right to work in Australia.

Qualifications

• Good spoken English required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts.
• Experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or similar facility is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and room maintenance experience are desirable.
• Valid working rights in Australia are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all guests in a warm, professional manner.
• Assist with luggage handling and storage; manage parcels and items on loan.
• Provide directions and arrange transport for guests when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the work area for the next shift.
• Be knowledgeable about Capella Sydney offerings, events, or promotions.
