Job summary

Crown Sydney is seeking a Bell Services Manager to lead the Bell Desk, Driveway and Valet operations, delivering seamless guest arrivals and departures in a luxury environment.

You’ll manage a large team of Bell Captains, Attendants and Doorpersons, drive daily operations, monitor KPIs, and oversee budgets, rostering and recruitment while upholding Crown’s service standards and commitment to safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience within hotel operations, ideally in a luxury environment.
• Experience leading large, diverse teams in a fast-paced guest-facing setting.
• Budgeting, forecasting and labour management experience.
• Current NSW Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead Bell Captains, Bell Attendants and Doorpersons to deliver guest experiences.
• Drive daily operations across Bell Desk, Valet and Driveway.
• Monitor KPIs such as vehicle retrieval and baggage delivery.
• Manage departmental budgets, workforce planning and rostering.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
• Ensure safety, compliance and risk management.
• Lead recruitment, coaching and recognition programs.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive best practice.
