Job summary

Crown Resorts in Sydney is seeking a Bell Services Manager to lead the Bell Desk, Driveway and Valet teams, delivering first and last impressions that reflect Crown's luxury guest experience.

You will manage a large, diverse team in a fast-paced setting, focusing on safety, budgeting, rostering and continuous improvement, while collaborating with senior leaders to uphold service standards and Crown’s distinguished brand.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Bell desk, driveway and valet operations.
• Proven ability to manage large teams in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Strong budgeting, rostering and workforce planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Bell Captains, Attendants and Doorpersons to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee daily operations of Bell Desk, Valet Parking and Driveway.
• Monitor KPIs for vehicle retrieval and baggage delivery targets.
• Manage departmental budgets and rostering to support efficiency.
• Address guest concerns with professionalism and care.
• Maintain safety, compliance and risk management.
