• Lead day-to-day Bell Services operations including luggage, valet, and driveway management.
• Coach and develop Bell Services Attendants and Doorpersons to deliver exceptional service.
• Coordinate VIP arrivals, group movements, and special guest requests.
• Ensure service standards across guest touchpoints and maintain strong inter-department relationships.
• Manage rosters, labour resources, and operational requirements.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
