Crown Resorts is seeking an experienced Bell Captain to lead the Bell Services team at our Perth property. The role oversees luggage services, valet, and driveway management while inspiring a high-performing team to deliver seamless guest arrivals and departures.

The successful candidate will have prior leadership in hotels or guest services, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a luxury hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of Bell Services, including luggage services, valet parking and driveway management.
• Coach, mentor and develop Bell Services Attendants and Doorpersons to deliver exceptional service.
• Coordinate VIP arrivals, group movements and special guest requests.
• Ensure service standards are delivered across all guest touchpoints.
• Manage team rosters, labour resources and operational requirements.
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Maintain relationships with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping and other departments.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement.
