Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Melbourne is seeking a Club Lounge Attendant to deliver exceptional, personalised service across all lounge service periods. You will welcome guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and provide bespoke recommendations for dining, activities and transport.

In this luxury environment, you will maintain immaculate lounge standards, expertly serve beverages, and collaborate with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping and F&B teams to ensure flawless guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in a similar role.
• Ability to provide personalised service.
• Willingness to work across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service across Club Lounge periods, including food and beverage presentation and bar service.
• Welcome guests to the Club Lounge and assist with check-in/check-out processes.
• Provide local recommendations, arrange bookings, and assist with transportation, dining, and sightseeing enquires.
• Review daily guest arrivals, departures, preferences and special requests to personalise stays.
• Maintain Club Lounge to luxury standards, ensuring areas are immaculate, stocked and presentation-ready.
• Prepare and serve beverages in line with responsible service and brand standards.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping and F&B teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Promote hotel facilities and Marriott Bonvoy benefits to enhance guest engagement.
