Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests professionally.
• Take and process food and beverage orders, offer recommendations.
• Ensure prompt service with high presentation standards.
• Monitor inventory, assist with ordering and stock rotation.
• Polish cutlery and maintain cleanliness.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, housekeeping, FOH teams.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations; report issues.
