You will work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and participate in training to develop your hospitality skills. English proficiency and a positive, can-do attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• An up-to-date Victorian RSA.
• Relevant experience in a similar role.
• Barista skills highly regarded.
• Basic wine knowledge highly regarded.
• Ability to prepare essential cocktails.
• Working rights in Australia.
• Proficient in English and confident in delivering storylines to guest.
• Enthusiastic to elevate your career.
• Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Take and process food and beverage orders, offer recommendations, and address guest inquiries or concerns.
• Ensure prompt, accurate service with high standards of presentation.
• Monitor inventory, assist with ordering and restocking, and rotate stock to reduce waste and ensure freshness.
• Polish cutlery and other items to maintain cleanliness and quality.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, housekeeping, and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions as needed.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, and report maintenance or safety issues promptly
