The Ritz-Carlton Melbourne is seeking a Club Lounge Attendant to deliver luxury service across all lounge periods, assist with check-in and check-out, and provide personalised guest interactions.

You will maintain a pristine Club Lounge, coordinate with hotel teams, and promote Marriott Bonvoy benefits to enhance the guest experience in a fast-paced luxury setting.

Qualifications

• RSA certification required.
• Experience in a similar Club Lounge/concierge role preferred.
• Outstanding guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Willingness to contribute to a premium guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service during all Club Lounge service periods, including food and beverage presentation and bar service.
• Welcome guests to the Club Lounge and assist with check-in and check-out for a seamless arrival and departure.
• Provide local recommendations, arrange bookings, and assist with transportation, dining, and sightseeing inquiries.
• Review daily guest arrivals, preferences, and special requests to personalise each stay.
• Maintain Club Lounge to the highest luxury standards, keeping areas immaculate and well-stocked.
• Prepare and serve beverages in line with responsible service and brand standards.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and F&B teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Promote hotel facilities and Marriott Bonvoy benefits to enhance the guest journey.

Position Summary

• Deliver exceptional service throughout all Club Lounge service periods, including food and beverage presentation, bar service, and personalised guest interactions.
• Welcome guests to the Club Lounge and assist with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a seamless and memorable arrival and departure experience.
• Act as a knowledgeable ambassador for Melbourne and The Ritz-Carlton, providing local recommendations, arranging bookings, and assisting with transportation, dining, entertainment, and sightseeing enquiries.
• Review daily guest arrivals, departures, preferences, and special requests, taking proactive steps to personalise each guest's stay.
• Maintain the Club Lounge to the highest luxury standards, ensuring all areas remain immaculate, well-stocked, and presentation-ready throughout the day.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with responsible service and brand standards.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless service delivery and timely resolution of guest requests.
• Promote hotel facilities, experiences, and Marriott Bonvoy benefits to enhance the overall guest journey and drive engagement with the property.
