Job summary

Supagas is seeking a proactive Sales professional to drive LPG and Industrial Gas sales across a defined Australian territory. You will pro-actively identify customer needs, manage existing accounts, and maintain rigorous safety and compliance standards while growing market share.

The role emphasizes cold calling, CRM-driven activity, and collaboration with logistics and support teams to ensure top-tier service for customers in a fast-growing national business.

Qualifications

• Experience in similar role with strong relationship building and client management skills.
• Self-management with the ability to be accountable and autonomous.
• Commercial awareness with ability to develop and execute territory strategies.
• Confident in cold calling and developing new business opportunities.
• Strong focus on safety and compliance procedures.
• Excellent communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Robust organisational skills for reporting and follow-up tasks.
• Ability to work independently within a defined territory while contributing to a team.

Responsibilities

• Grow LPG and Industrial Gas sales across markets with a customer-first approach.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities via lead follow-up, cold calling and engagement.
• Manage and service existing customers with strong relationship management.
• Respond to new leads promptly and maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and company standards.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation including contracts and checklists.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to support sales strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics and service delivery.
