Job summary

Supagas is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to grow our LPG and Industrial Gas business across Toowoomba and surrounding suburbs. The role is hands-on, requires building relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service in an autonomous setting.

You will own the Toowoomba sales territory, identify market trends, and provide monthly forecasts while closing deals and reporting daily activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar sales or business development role.
• Self-motivated attitude with a proactive approach.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
• High level of self-motivation and accountability.
• Current driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical check.

Responsibilities

• Proactively develop new business opportunities, including face-to-face cold calling.
• Grow LPG and Industrial Gas sales.
• Take full ownership of the designated Toowoomba sales territory for LPG and Industrial Gases.
• Identify market trends and provide monthly sales forecasts.
• Follow up leads promptly and maintain detailed daily sales reporting.
• Liaise with internal departments to maximise customer service and delivery outcomes.
