Job summary

Supagas is seeking a full-time Business Development Manager for our Bundaberg branch. You will drive growth of the LPG and Industrial Gas portfolio by identifying opportunities, building partnerships and expanding market share.

In this role you will initiate cold calls, negotiate deals, and strive to meet sales targets while providing exceptional customer service. A competitive salary, uncapped commissions and strong team support await the successful candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar sales role within the gas industry is desirable but not required.
• A genuine drive for sales, including designing call cycles and identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential, with the ability to make a positive impression, convey confidence, build rapport and achieve desired results.
• Ability to remain flexible and adaptable in high-pressure situations.
• Strong resilience, excellent time management, organizational skills, and a natural ability to plan effectively.

About The Role

Driven by increasing demand in the region, Supagas is seeking a full-time Business Development Manager to join our Bundaberg branch. You will be responsible for growing our LPG and Industrial Gas business across the Bundaberg region by identifying new opportunities, building strong customer partnerships, leveraging existing relationships, and increasing our market share.
