Job summary

Eaton is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager based in Brisbane to drive growth for our Low Voltage business across Queensland. You will develop strong relationships with electrical distributors, contractors, switchboard builders, consultants and key end customers to expand Eaton’s presence.

The role requires 5–10 years in sales within electrical sectors, deep product knowledge, and a track record of delivering orders, revenue and margin.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of sales experience in electrical industry.
• Strong knowledge of industrial applications.
• Excellent sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Strong communication to define projects and capital expenditures.
• Experience planning and managing sales resources.

Responsibilities

• Drive orders, revenue, margin, and market share across the LV portfolio in Queensland.
• Develop territory, account, and business development plans.
• Build relationships with distributors, contractors, consultants, and end customers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and negotiations in line with approvals.
• Monitor market trends and feedback to inform strategy.
