Qualifications

• Must have experience with long-term and/or complex Workers’ Compensation claims
• Strong knowledge of workers’ compensation schemes and processes
• Experience supporting injured workers through complex recovery and return-to-work

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of long-term and complex Workers’ Compensation claims
• Develop tailored recovery, treatment and return-to-work strategies
• Support injured workers with complex medical, vocational or psychosocial barriers
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Review medical information and identify opportunities to improve recovery and work capacity
• Ensure claims are managed in line with legislation and policy
