Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a Workers' Compensation Case Manager in Melbourne to oversee all aspects of workers' compensation claims within a self-insured framework. You will coordinate medical care, facilitate return-to-work programs, and ensure regulatory compliance, collaborating with providers, employees and management to maintain a safe workplace.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in workers' compensation case management and a Bachelor's degree in a related field is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field is desirable.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in workers' compensation case management, preferably in a self-insured environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of workers' compensation claims for injured workers within a self-insured framework.
• Coordinate medical care and facilitate return-to-work programs.
