Qualifications

• Experience managing long-term or complex Workers’ Compensation claims.
• Strong knowledge of Workers’ Compensation schemes and claims processes.
• Experience supporting injured workers with complex recovery and return-to-work needs.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of long-term and complex Workers’ Compensation claims.
• Develop tailored recovery, treatment and return-to-work strategies.
• Support injured workers with complex medical, vocational or psychosocial barriers.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Review medical information and identify recovery opportunities.
• Ensure claims are managed in line with relevant legislation, scheme requirements and organisational policies.
• Maintain accurate claim records while meeting service and regulatory requirements.
