Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a Senior Workers' Compensation Case Manager in Australia to oversee and manage claims within a self-insured framework. You will coordinate medical care, facilitate return-to-work programs, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with providers, employees, and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Nursing or related field desirable.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in workers' compensation case management.
• Experience in a self-insured environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage workers' compensation claims for injured workers.
• Coordinate medical care and return-to-work programs.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with medical providers, employees and management.
