Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a Workers' Compensation Case Manager in Australia. You will oversee and manage all workers' compensation claims for injured workers within a self-insured framework, coordinating medical care and return-to-work programs while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

Reporting to the ISB team, you will collaborate with medical providers, employees, and management to promote a safe and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Nursing, or related field is desirable.
• Minimum of 2 years of workers' compensation case management experience.
• Strong knowledge of workers' compensation laws; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
