Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a Workers' Compensation Case Manager in Adelaide, Australia. You will oversee and manage all aspects of workers' compensation claims for injured workers within a self-insured framework and coordinate care, return-to-work programs, and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of experience in workers' compensation case management, strong knowledge of relevant laws, excellent communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field is desirable.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in workers' compensation case management, preferably in a self-insured environment.
• Strong knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of workers' compensation claims for injured workers within a self-insured framework.
• Coordinate medical care and facilitate return-to-work programs.
