Job summary

DXC Technology in Melbourne is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to provide needs-based services to people with work-related injuries. You will actively manage claims, ensure entitlements under the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act, and liaise with workers, employers, and practitioners to support medical management and return to work.

Training will be provided across the life cycle of a claim and ongoing workplace injury management.

• High level of organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and interpersonal skills for liaising with workers, employers, medical and legal practitioners.

• Australian citizen or permanent resident status.

Responsibilities

• Active management of work-related injury claims to deliver timely treatment and promote return to work.
• Ensure entitlements are provided under the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013.
• Liaise with injured workers, employers and treating practitioners to support medical management and return to work activities.
• Provide person-centred case management to ensure appropriate entitlements are made.
